The word confidence
Faith is a state of confidence either that a theory or observation is accurate, or that the right or most successful course of action is the one selected. Confidence comes from a latin word fidere, which implies "to trust;" thus, having confidence in oneself is having confidence in one'
Therefore, to have self-confidence is to have trust in one's self.Therefore, to have self-confidence is to have self-confidence. Getting unmerited faith in this analogy is pride or hubris–assuming that something or somebody is worthy or right when they are not. Overconfidence or presumptuousness is an unrealistic interest in exceeding someone (or something), without consideration for disappointment.
Low confidence:
Low confidence makes a person less likely to take action and more likely to disengage because they feel they can do what needs to be done. Even with skill and motivation, without trust, the goals are unlikely to be met. In some fields of medical practice, patients experience a lack of self-confidence during the recovery period.
